Účel pracovního místa/ Purpose of the job:
Coordinate production workflow, plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance, smooth and cost‑efficient production flow, determine resources and raw materials availability, all with focus to customers’ needs, according to quality standards and on time delivery. Continuous communication across all production departments and with customers is essential.

Keep production workload continuously under control (keep production plan up-to-date and realistic, focus on urgent orders and minimizing past-dues). Continuously improve operational performance through identification, selection and implementation of improvement actions / projects. Operational performance improvement has to be focused on OTP improvement, lead time reduction and elimination of waste.
Pocess customer orders in 48 hrs after receiving them, urgent or short term requirements within 24 hrs, maintain evidence of customer urgents.
Communicate and amend with customers realistic delivery dates to keep customer satisfied and OTD on the given level, prevent capacity overloads.
Plan production orders respecting both customer request date and OLO available resources (capacity, material, technology).
Communicate and collaborate with all other Operations departments.
Actively participate in outsourcing activities with engineering and purchasing departments.
Report KPIs or other indicators on local, EMA or corporate levels as required in timely manner.
Shop floor planning/scheduling – new work release, tooling lists printing, discrete jobs completion and physical release to production always in the latest valid and actual document revision.
ERP system transactions maintenance, inventory management support and cycle counts evaluation.
Process system requirements using MRP (ASCP) for produced or purchased items in timely manner.
Check material exceptions to prevent delays, consider continuous consumption of OSMI materials.
Use key metrics as a primary mechanism for monitoring performance and driving effective execution.
Focus on customers to perceive and evaluate OLO site as responsive, reliable, consistent and helpful in offering value added solutions and solving their problems in timely manner.
Develop, implement and manage more effective processes, focusing on continuous improvement of customer service. Utilize all resources to their maximum efficiency in line with EMA needs and goals.
Ensure correct execution of the order handling and planning process, from order entry to hard (and soft) ware delivery.
All working tasks must be performed considering safety rules and realizing all possible working risks.
Secondary education/university degree (technical or economy field preferred)
Min. 3 years in planning, purchasing, warehousing or logistics departments in a manufacturing company, an engineering company and multinational corporation experiences as an advantage
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), ERP systems experience (Oracle as an advantage)
English language minimum level B2
